IAPH Support structure for Students and Members

If you were to ask ANY IAPH Member what makes them so successful as therapists, they will undoubtedly say 'the support structure'. The IAPH is totally unique amongst hypnotherapy and psychotherapy organisations because we train our own Members - our organisation isn't a paid-to-be-included-on list of therapists from different training schools or levels of proficiency - we train all our Members from scratch, and support them throughout their training AND throughout their entire career.

It is not a question of 'take your money for a training course, then wave you goodbye' . We are passionate about our therapy, we are passionate about helping people to live happier lives, and we are passionate about training successful therapists. The single most important contributing factor to whether a therapist is successful or not, is the amount and type of support they get .

Organisations with thousands of Members, all trained in different techniques by different schools , cannot possibly provide first-class support to all their Members - because of the different levels of skill, and different therapeutic languages that the Members speak.

All IAPH Members - every single one of them - have all undertaken and passed the same training program (our Diploma Course), and hence all 'speak the same language'. It is therefore much easier for us to provide the right levels of support and encouragement. (See the video on our homepage for more info)

Methods of support:

1. Mentoring
All students are appointed a personal Mentor - an experienced IAPH hypnotherapist and pure hypnoanalysist, to help support and guide them throughout their studies, and whilst setting up their hypnotherapy practise. This mentoring is FREE, and becomes 'supervision' once the student has passed the course and become a Member (some Members opt to pat for their supervision, once in practise)

2. Telephone and Email support with 'the training team'
All students have telephone and email access to the Course Director (Rob Kelly), and the IAPH trainers and lecturers - on a daily basis if they wish.

3. The online support forums (see below)
Our online support forums are the very best you will find anywhere in the world! We have purpose built our very own forum, so that our students and Members have real-time access to some of the most experienced and successful hypnotherapists in practice. There are currently just under 17,000 questions and answers on the main forum - that's seventeen thousand questions and answers from students and therapists who have undertaken our training course! Ask a question on the forum, and you will have an answer within (an average of) 37 minutes!

These forums are not like any other 'chat forums' you may have seen, or belong to....... most other forums are full of people with huge ego's spouting their beliefs every five minutes, or people just looking for a fight with someone all the time... not our forums! Our forums are populated by friendly, supportive, like-minded therapists who believe in sharing their knowledge and experiences with other like-minded people.

The page image above, is taken from our new purpose-built online support group.
All IAPH Members have daily access to this group, and anyone can ask any question, about anything. You can ask for some help at 9am, and by 10am, you will have three or four replies from very experienced therapists - who speak the same language as you!

Like everything in the IAPH, this resource is free to all Members.

The page image above, is from our other online support group. This group has been running for about 10 years, and holds nearly 17000 (yes! seventeen thousand) questions and replies on the subject of hypnotherapy, and running a hypnotherapy practise. This forum is currently being amalgamated with our new forum. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL that hypnotherapists have access to this level of support and help, if they are to be successful in helping people, and running a busy hypnotherapy practise

The page image above, is from our 'resources' section on our support group.
Here you can download - free of charge - scripts, audio lectures, letters, marketing tips, hypnotic inductions, lectures, artciles, seminar notes, guides etc. Again, this resource is free to IAPH Members.

As you can see, the IAPH is doing everything it possibly can to help it's Members to be as busy, successful and supported as possible
